Getting Started

Installation

To install LSAPy from PyPI using pip:

pip install lsapy

or from conda-forge using conda:

conda install -c conda-forge lsapy

You can find the development installation instructions in the Contribution section.

Optional Dependencies

In order to use the sample data provided by LSAPy or to read/write netCDF files as part of the LSA workflow, a netCDF library is required. We recommend installing one of the following libraries:

• netCDF4

• h5netcdf
